From choosing a stone on the website to having a finished exquisite ring on my finger, the entire experience was pure joy and pleasure. It was such a wonderful experience with Melissa & Wink, that I ordered 2 more rings and 2 loose stones even before my beautiful OMC ring arrived. How's that for faith in Melissa and Wink and their outstanding work and integrity! Honestly -- ALL of the little details that went into creating a magnificent masterpiece of a ring was thoroughly enjoyable. With the wonderful personalities of Melissa and Wink, I smiled the whole time. The detailed website, the beauty of the stones, the design process, and the video by Wink all created an air of ultimate perfection. Receiving the ring in the beautiful box made me happier than when I received my real diamond engagement ring and was truly the icing on the cake.

Of course there are many more than two, but the first is the expertise and passion of Wink and Melissa in handling all the details to make this the best shopping experience. And second, the finished product is breathtaking and ultimate perfection. If I were to name a third it would be integrity for delivering exactly what they commit to doing! I was not disappointed in any of my items.
