I received my ring on Friday. Wow, there are no words to describe how I felt when I opened the box. I was stunned speechless, and just about cried...and I'm not a crier!

As you know from my string of nonsense, rambling e-mails and photos, I received my ring on Friday. Wow, there are no words to describe how I felt when I opened the box. I was stunned speechless, and just about cried...and I'm not a crier! After my sweet baby girl's face, that ring is the most beautiful sight I've ever seen!! I can't even begin to thank you for all your hard work and endless patience throughout the process. Just to give you some insight to my experience, this ring was my first custom piece and after doing significant of research, I decided to contact you because you seemed down to earth and approachable, and photos of your custom work were amazing. Although there were several favorite jewelers on the forum that members gravitate towards, from what I read, the "so and so" jewelers seem a little too big for their britches at times. I wasn't looking to work with someone who was going to impose rules on me and dictate how the project would progress. After all, I'm the one whose paying the bottom line!!! Also, regardless if I'm spending $1,000 or $10,000, I expect to be treated the same. I have to say, even before I laid eyes on the masterpiece of a ring, you definitely **nailed** it in superb customer service and design.
As for a name, I'm that girl who loves a label, but even more than that, I LOVE finding a smaller, boutique vendor who's work and service far exceeds the big boys. Even better, you don't push out cookie cutter jewelry. I know I'll never see my ring walking down the street on someone else's hand. My heart would literally stop if I ever showed my ring to someone and said "so and so" made it, and that person has the same design. A jeweler's name means nothing to me when it floods the market and everyone has basically the same design. So boring.
So, finding you was like discovering a well-kept secret..... Except I'll be sure to tell everyone! I was thrilled with the experience, and felt like I had a personal jeweler, rather than being treated like one of many customers. More than that, working with Melissa was a dream; she gives such a personal element to her work. Throughout the process, I felt that we developed a relationship that was more than customer/vendor. It was like I had a friend working for me on the inside, which created a fair amount of trust. It's rare to find such a high level of customer service, especially online. You most certainly have a customer for life with me, and I'm looking forward to dreaming up lots of beautiful pieces with you!
Again, I can't find words adequate enough to express how beautiful and unique my ring is, and how thankful I am for your patience, amazing creativity, and attention to detail. As you know, in lieu of my school class ring, this ring was to commemorate years of hard work getting through law school, and as such, it is something I will always wear. I couldn't have dreamed up a more stunning ring if I tried. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
