I found Wink through the DiamondTalk.com forum board. He is very helpful with people asking a wide range of questions about diamonds. I found him to have a great reputation among the fellow members of the forum board. After a lot of soul searching I decided that I wanted rings that had the Van Graff simulated diamonds in them.

Hearing Wink talk so highly about a simulated diamond gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing them. He deals with diamonds all the time and to have him to speak highly of the Van Graff simulated diamond sold me.

I found Wink to be very quick with communication. Seems like he is always checking his emails. With never designing a ring before he gave me a lot of encouragement and dealt wonderfully with all my questions. There were definitely a lot of questions to answer. Wink has a huge reserve of patience and excitement for his work.

He found a tiny scratch in my 3 stone ring, and wanted to fix it so he took an extra day to buff it out. Sent rings out on Friday for Saturday delivery with no additional charge so I could have them sooner rather than waiting till Tuesday.

The only downside for me was that Wink is in Idaho and I never had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I know I would give him a big hug and thank him for making this process a joyful one and thank him for helping to make our 10th wedding anniversary extra special. Thanks again,
