We keep a variety of stones in many sizes in stock, especially the rounds and princess cuts. However, others are special ordered only as they are sold, as it is not possible to keep each of the thousands of shapes and sizes in stock and to anticipate what combination of color, shape and size will be desired. We are happy to place special orders to exacting desires.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for stones that must be special ordered for them to be cut, polished and shipped to you. Stones can be shipped loose for setting by your local jeweler or added to beautiful FreeCZ.com mountings by one of our team of talented craftsmen specializing in expertly setting your stones in our beautiful, heirloom quality gold and platinum settings.

If you want us to make repairs, exchange stones or rebuild or refurbish your existing jewelry, please ship it to us with 1) adequate insurance coverage, 2) specific written directions of what you’d like done – even if we have spoken by phone, 3) a contact name along with a phone number and/or email address, and 4) your preferred method of payment (PayPal account or credit card information).
Please complete the repairs request form and send it with your jewelry for repair.
All repairs must be paid in full prior to return shipment.
